Shipping Information

Order Processing

Standard orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. OEM and custom orders follow the production timeline specified in your quotation. Rush processing is available for an additional fee for qualifying orders.

Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options based on order volume and destination:

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, destination, and chosen shipping method. A freight estimate will be included in your quotation. For FOB terms, the buyer is responsible for freight, insurance, and customs clearance. For DDP terms, all costs are included in the quoted price.

International Shipping

We ship to over 30 countries worldwide. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees vary by destination and are the responsibility of the buyer unless DDP terms have been agreed. Our export documentation team provides all necessary paperwork including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and any required testing certificates.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Dealer portal users can track all orders directly through their account dashboard.

Returns Policy

Quality Guarantee

Every FY Bedding product undergoes comprehensive quality control before shipping. We stand behind our manufacturing quality and will address any valid concerns promptly and professionally.

Defective Products

If you receive products with manufacturing defects, please notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt. Include clear photographs of the defect and the product labeling. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion. Return shipping for verified defective products is at our expense.

Non-Conformity Claims

If products do not conform to agreed specifications (wrong size, color, or construction), claims must be submitted within 14 days of receipt with supporting documentation. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or credit.

Samples and Custom Orders

Sample orders and custom-manufactured products (OEM/private label) are generally non-returnable unless they contain manufacturing defects or do not conform to agreed specifications. Pre-production samples are provided to confirm specifications before full production begins.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, contact your account manager or email returns@jiafang.mechpart.io with your order number and details of the issue. Do not return products without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or credited.
